In 1961, I was born in Peine, a town in Lower
Saxony.
In 1980, I finished my German senior high school degree in Ilsede.
In 1981, I finished my training as a child care worker in Berlin.
In 1990, we moved to Schleswig-Holstein.
In my work as an independent child-care worker, I focused
on teaching children how to create art and handicraft.
Since 1996, I have been working as a freelance artist.
I am happily married and have two grown-up sons.
With regard to my art, my husband Hendrik is my first critic, my support,
manager and webmaster. He
stands by my side and helps me with almost every exhibition and its organisation
- something I am incredibly grateful about.
